The fact that a brewmaxx brewery designed according to the latest ecological trends is located in the close vicinity of the trade fair grounds can be seen as a happy coincidence.
To benefit from this great opportunity, we wish to invite you to join us on a guided tour of the brand new Tucher Brewery in Nuremberg-Fuerth. In close cooperation with our partner GEA Huppmann, we are providing a shuttle bus which will take you to the brewery and back twice a day. Of course, the brewmaxx system in use at Tucher is also on display at our trade fair booth.
Following the official inauguration ceremony on 24 September 2008, the new brewery entered operation. On average, it consumes 50 percent less electricity, gas and water than its predecessor – and this is not only at the production facilities, but in future also in the office areas. The residual heat from the exhaust fumes of the steam boiler will be used to heat the administration building to be constructed in the near future.
The different areas of this clearly structured greenfield brewery plant all lie at close proximity to one another: The control center based on brewmaxx not only controls all brewing processes, but also all the entire auxiliary equipment. These are ideal prerequisites for the implementation of a consistent batch tracking system in addition to an energy data acquisition system for the entire brewery.
The process-oriented materials management system available for the first time with brewmaxx V8 resides at the core of this sophisticated approach, because it enables production with consistent material feed rates and product-related, precisely assignable consumption values.
Besides this special highlight, we are presenting the water treatment and syrup mixing system which we have automated with Plant Batch iT on behalf of our customer Mineral-Heilquellen Ensinger and established in close cooperation with our partner INDAG.
The range of exhibits at our booth is complemented by PDA (Production Data acquisition) solutions, including the identification of raw materials and supplies, and also by state-of-the-art solutions for plant efficiency evaluation based on OEE figures (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) for filling and packaging systems.
