Our project departments/competence centers will also be available in the usual manner. Your familiar contact persons will remain at your disposal for any inquiries. During the next weeks, all personal discussions and meetings will be reduced to a necessary minimum. For this purpose, we have increased our bandwidth and are currently conducting meetings almost exclusively via telephone or Microsoft teams. In this way, we can make our contribution to slowing down the spreading of the virus and help to ensure, that plants, which are important for basic supply, can continue to operate safely.
Through this announcement, we would like to inform all our customers - especially those from system-critical industrial sectors - that ProLeiT is aware of the current situation, acts with the utmost care and does everything necessary, to maintain the general operation and support of our process control systems and MES installations. In addition, the members of our Research and Development Department continue working on new products.
